Record material and finish choices
Identify the offered panel build-up and proposed thickness. Use physical samples for color, texture and edge approval. Keep any performance or certification requirement explicit and obtain supporting information for the exact configuration; customization is not evidence that every requested specification can be supplied.
Resolve operation and site interfaces
Coordinate doors, hinges, locks, handles and supports with the mounting system. Provide known wall, floor and overhead conditions and flag unverified substrates. Accessibility and circulation requirements need project-specific design review, not a generic claim of compliant dimensions.
Confirm the package before ordering
Align panel references, hardware quantities, finish schedules and supply scope. Agree packing identification and delivery responsibilities for the actual order. Preserve the final approved revision so later changes are visible.
