Define the panel construction before using performance language. A specification should connect dimensions, doors, dividing panels, front supports, hardware and mounting to controlled drawings and samples.
Panels and dimensions
Record the selected construction, thickness and finish. List finished doors, dividing panels and front supports separately from raw board sizes. Show door width and height, divider depth, clearances, support positions and the agreed reference surfaces.
Hardware and operation
Mark inward or outward door opening and coordinate hinge, lock, indicator and pull-handle requirements. Confirm hardware materials for the package. Where accessible operation is required, identify it explicitly for project-specific design review.
Mounting and site interfaces
Record the intended support arrangement and the floor, wall or overhead interfaces. Identify the actual substrate information and any details requiring confirmation. A concept image is not an approved fixing detail or evidence of structural capacity.
Approval documents
Use identifiable plans and elevations, finish samples, a hardware schedule and packing marks. List required tests or certificates without inventing results. Keep unresolved values visible as project decisions and verify final documents before production approval.
