Information you provide

When you submit a project inquiry, you may provide your name, company, email, WhatsApp number, country, project type, product direction, dimensions, quantity, message and uploaded project files. EBUNGE uses this information to review and respond to the inquiry.

Uploaded files

The inquiry form accepts approved drawing, image and archive formats within the published size limits. Files are validated before delivery and are not made public through the website. Do not submit confidential material that is not needed for quotation.

Inquiry delivery and retention

Configured inquiries and attachments are transmitted through Resend to the designated EBUNGE recipient mailbox. Inquiry information may be retained for project review, quotation, follow-up and legitimate business records. Deletion or correction requests can be submitted through the published contact method.

Technical anti-spam information

The website processes limited technical information such as a shortened one-way identifier derived from the connection address, submission time and user agent to detect abnormal submission rates. These logs do not include the submitted email address or uploaded file contents.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics 4 is available only after you select Accept in the cookie notice. It is used to understand page views and website interactions. Selecting Reject leaves analytics disabled. Your preference is saved in local storage and does not affect the inquiry form or core website functions.
