Compact Laminate Toilet Partitions

Compact laminate cubicles use a dense, solid-core laminate panel direction with finished faces and machined edges. Review the selected panel with the washroom exposure, cleaning method, dimensions, hardware and mounting requirements.

Confirm the panel construction

Request the proposed panel build-up and finish reference. HPL, compact laminate and phenolic compact board can overlap in commercial terminology; names alone do not prove identical construction or performance. Record the selected thickness independently from the HPL-facing configuration being compared. Raw sheet dimensions are not the finished dimensions of doors or dividing panels.

Review moisture and cleaning conditions

Compact laminate is commonly considered where regular cleaning and moisture exposure are important. Identify the actual exposure and cleaning products before selection. Edges, holes, connections and the installation detail also affect the complete package. Do not interpret this material direction as a universal waterproof, antibacterial or fire-performance guarantee.

Coordinate panels, doors and hardware

Show door widths and heights, divider depths, front supports, floor clearances and inward or outward swings on controlled drawings. Match hinges, locks, handles and brackets to the selected thickness and operation. Panel machining and visible edges should follow approved details and samples rather than an illustrative image.

Choose a mounting direction

Review floor-supported and applicable overhead-braced arrangements against the actual site. A floor-to-ceiling or ceiling-hung request requires separate confirmation of support conditions and drawings; it is not an automatic standard option. Do not mix incompatible support assumptions within the same cubicle line.

Approve finish and supply scope

Use physical samples for color, texture and edge approval. Confirm the hardware schedule, component identification, packing and delivery responsibilities for the order. Send the washroom layout, quantity, destination and material requirements to start the review. Supporting test information is needed for any specified performance or certification claim.
