Organize the locker wall around the users, storage needs and available room. Compartment layout, cabinet construction, finish, ventilation and locks are reviewed together; this page does not promise an unconfirmed standard model.
Choose the compartment layout
Start with user numbers, typical stored items and the available wall length. Single-tier, two-tier and multi-tier layouts offer different compartment arrangements; a Z-shaped or custom combination must be reviewed against the actual construction. Show requested widths and heights on the plan and preserve circulation around doors, benches and changing areas.
Define the operating environment
Identify whether the room is a gym, pool changing area, school, staff facility or another setting. Describe expected moisture, cleaning and usage rather than assuming all locker materials are suitable for every environment. Confirm panel, cabinet and edge details independently from the toilet-partition specification.
Review locks and ventilation
Describe the access policy and how users will operate the locker. Key, padlock-compatible, combination or electronic lock directions require availability and compatibility confirmation before quotation. Ventilation openings, door clearances and servicing access should be included in the cabinet review. Do not infer an electronic access or security certification from the appearance of a locker image.
Coordinate finishes and room interfaces
Use approved physical samples to confirm colors and textures. Identify bench, plinth, floor and wall interfaces, and state which items belong to the supply package. A matching washroom palette does not establish that every cabinet, bench or accessory shown in an illustrative setting is supplied.
Send a clear locker brief
Provide the room plan, quantity, preferred tier arrangement, provisional dimensions, lock direction, finish and destination. Flag unresolved selections and any project requirements needing evidence. Confirm final compartment mix, materials, fixing details, packing and delivery scope through the agreed project documents.
